I paid for Remove Ads but still see ads. How do I restore my purchase?

Purchases restore automatically when you reinstall or sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account. In-app, open Settings → Restore Purchases. If ads still appear after a restore, send us a note below with the email on your store account and we'll sort it out.

How do I reset my progress or delete my game data?

You can reset in-app: Settings → Reset All Progress (this clears your local save). Your progress is also cloud-synced: iCloud on iOS (when signed into your Apple ID) and Google Play Games on Android. Signing into the same account on another device restores your verses, high score, and chapter unlocks. To fully remove cloud-synced data, uninstall the app and delete the saved game from Play Games or iCloud settings. Reach out below if you need help.

I found a bug or the game crashed. What do you need from me?

Thanks for reporting! Use the form below and include: your device model + OS version, what level or screen you were on, and what happened. Screenshots help a lot. If the game crashed, we get crash reports automatically via Sentry but a note gives us the context.

What data does Bible Run collect, and how is it used?

We use Firebase Analytics (gameplay events, no personal info), AdMob (for ads in the free version), and Sentry (crash reports). Full details in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell data and do not track across apps or websites.
